Returns
You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem at info@rivagegrandir.com, so we can correct the situation.
